Lunch Menu & Ordering

Here in Locharbriggs we have our very own kitchen where meals are freshly prepared by our cook, Mrs Miller and her staff. The children have the choice of a freshly prepared and nutritiously balanced hot school meal or alternatively they can choose from a wide selection of baguettes, sandwiches, baked potatoes and soup. The children pre-order their meal on a daily basis, paying for their order at that time or they can pay in advance for the whole week if you wish. Meals currently cost £1.70 

Whichever meal option is chosen the children from each class sit down and dine together. Kitchen staff and a member of staff or Management are always on hand to assist with any problems. 

Free Lunches for Primary1

Elected Members agreed in February to provide free school meals to ALL PRIMARY 1 PUPILS. This relates to pupils entering P1 on 26 August 2010 and during the Academic year 2010/2011. Parents with children in P1 will still be required to complete an application if they require a Clothing grant.
